hi i have a macbook pro which i got 7 months back, my problem is that youtube wont open in a new tab! i have to open a new window specially for youtube coz it wont work otherwise, can any one help me?

Well you do not say which browser you are using.
Look in browser preferences for modifying window/tab settings.
You might be able to right click (control-click) and do it on the fly as well.
for ex in Safari>Preferences>Tabs
im using safari but even modifying window/tab settings doesn't help, it still wont start.
Try troubleshooting the Safari .plist file.
Quit Safari. Open a Finder window. Select your Home Folder in the Sidebar on the left. It has a small house icon. Then open the Library folder then the Preferences folder. Move the com.apple.Safari.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Desktop. Relaunch Safari. Try a video in a new tab. If that didn't help, most the .plist file back to the Preferences folder.
If that didn't help, check Safari / Preferences then select the Extensions tab. If you have any installed, turn that off, quit then relaunch Safari to test a video.
