Anybody Help me with the error 1796
Could you describe the context in which you're getting that error please, charles?
I go through all of the procedures. I then come to the end screen, Completing the Bonjour printer wizard.
Then click on finish
This is when error 1796 appears stating "you do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the printer"
By way of experiment (if you're on Vista or Windows 7), try the following.
In your Start Search, type PrinterWizard.exe . Right-click on the PrinterWizard.exe that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
Does the Printer Wizard complete for you this time?
Thanks I tried that still no joy. I ran the trouble shooter, and it came up with "incompatible application"
