New iPad2...worked fine when I bought it and before i returned home from business trip (where I bought it).  Now it says there is no network connection...but it is downloading emails???  When I try to open apps they just flash open and then shut and return to the home screen.  I followed the support help page directions which said to reset network settings....it froze the screen on the resetting page (Apple with progress bar...but no progress).  Now I'm resetting the entire iPad2 to its original settings.  Does anyone know what is going on?  Russ
