How do you print custom fields in a list from address book

I have named certain fields according to whose mobile phone when I have a spouse listed also. "Andrea mobile", "Scott mobile", etc. How do I get this to show? All my work is lost when I print the couple's card in a list because it just shows, "Mobile". The same thing when I list their different addresses. What is the use of custom fields if you can print it? Is there a software that will do this?
