I need your help, I've just performed a Hardware test in my brand new MacBook Pro (15" QuadCore early 2011) and I got this Error code: 4etc/1/40000001:00:10:18:00:00:00
Please, somebody tell me what is about... And how can I fix it.

Hi Jorge,
Apple would be the best place to ask that question. Your new MBP comes with three months of free AppleCare phone support, so I would call them. Plus, if it requires repair, you'll need to proceed with them anyway.
Contact Apple and get it fixed or exchanged.
Can I ask why you felt the need to run the AHT on such a new Mac? Is your Mac not functioning as it should?

Well, yesterday I downloaded and installed the last security patch from apple (the one of macdefender stuff), then I restart may MBP and I Can't Open iTunes, It crashes all time. So first I run the Utility Disc App, with any problem and Itunes still crashes, the I decide to perform a AHT, and the problem appears

The meanings of AHT's error codes haven't been published for end users — they're mostly for the benefit of Apple technicians and tech support people.
