I am lokced out of my iPad because I cannot remember the password. How do I unlock it?
You can't. You must now restore your iPad from your most recent backup. Any data added since your last backup will be lost.
You don't. You're going to have to restore your iPad as a new device. Read the owners manual (which you can download from the iPad page on Apple.com and you'll find directions for restoring a unit that has been locked out.

Ditto that it's a new device process. If u restore u will be locked again because the forgotten password will be on the restored device.

You have to keep lockinh it out until it says connect to itunes... but I cannot find out how to connect my Ipad to Itunes?

You connect the iPad to your computer with the cable. You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.
