Xgrid not getting Jobs from Podcast Producer?

We have a fairly simple setup in our office. 6 current gen 21.5" iMac clients and a Mac Pro server (controller) on 10.6.7.

Whenever anyone uses podcast producer to send a project to the Podcast Server it simply disappears. The log says the file has been uploaded successfully.

As far as I can tell authentication is working properly.

Observed in the Xhrid logs was a repetitive string:

"Xgrid is not available, watcher cannot perform Xgrid operations "

Any ideas?
