I bought ipad 2 from my friend he had purchase som apps on it ,, i delet all his apps from my ipad but every time when i log in to app store they ask me about his account password and this happend with everytime connectin to wifi how to remove his account from my ipad

You might be better off doing Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings (that would also get rid of the Yahoo app problem), so that you can then start from 'new' with the iPad.
But Settings > Store and touching the id on the right-hand side should allow you to log out of the current account and in with your own. You can also do it via the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app.
