A wifi only device does not have an IMEI number - it has no use for one and without a cellular radio, I don't think the regulatory agencies will even allow it to be assigned one.

if your device is stolen, unless you had something like Apple's free find-my-iPad setup before it was stolen, you are not going to be able to track it remotely. And even a 3G iPad cannot be tracked by IMEI number without the cell carriers cooperation which will require a court order to get.

The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number wouldn't make any sense in a Wi-Fi only iPad.

What could possibly help you is the MAC address of your iPad's Wi-Fi interface, but then you'd need direct access to the Wi-Fi router to which your iPad is connected to, in which case you would have virtually found your stolen iPad.

Anyway, if you don't know the MAC address now, you cannot find out if you don't have access to your iPad.

MAC addresses for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are unique for each device and hard-wired.

We are all fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to Apple nor iTunes Support - I've asked the hoststo remove your email address and phone numbers from your post (it's not a good idea to post persoal info)

The only way to try and find your phone is via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.

If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. and contact your carrier.

Do you have a backup of your phone on your computer's iTunes ? If you do then go into Edit > Preferences on it, and on the Devices tab hover you mouse pointer over the backup : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061
