We have an xServer, running 10.4. It's been working fine for years.

The power supply went out a few weeks ago and was replaced.

Our server settings have not changed.

We have a customer that can not send us emails.

They can receive from us, but when they reply to our email they receive an error.

What does their postmaster say about it?

Since it's their mail server (M+ Extreme) that's reporting the failure, their server should have more details on what failed.

It might be possible to extract this data from your logs, but only if your server is seeing the connection and rejecting it (as opposed to their server failing on a DNS check, for example) and you'd have to know when they're sending to narrow down the logs, so this is one that you likely have to pass back to the other user to troubleshoot from their side.
