How can I copy photos from iPad to PC?

I have several iPhoto albums on iPad which I copied from my MacBook to iPad, and now I want to transfer these photos to PC. But I don't know how to do that - right now I can only copy Saved Photos album, but other albums are not available in iTunes on PC. Also I don't have iPhoto application on my PC to sync with it.

So, what is the right way to transfer photos in my iPhoto albums from iPad to PC with Windows?

Thanks!

iPad

You can copy computer synced photos via third-party apps such as Simple Transfer (which also has a free 'lite' version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer) which can copy them off via your wifi network. Or you can copy them yourself from your Mac onto the PC.

Photo apps such as iPhoto or Aperture wouldn't be able to copy them off anyway, they can only do photos taken with the iPad, copied via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc.
