Not with any of the built in apps, there are a few apps in the app store that "claim" to provide this functionality, do a search, all have terrible reviews.

Not really, because as I've mentioned, the reviews are not that good. Do a search yourself using the terms "Call Record". Here's one example that will pop up, read the reviews, judge for yourself:
