the clickwheel on my 3rd gen 8gb ipod stopped working. is it worth getting fixed?

I have a 3rd gen ipod and the clickwheet stopped working. I connected it to my PC and restored the software. The songs are loaded and the "hold" button works but the clickwheel is non-responsive. Help!
