my iphone keeps telling me to connect to itunes, when i do it tells me to restore my phone. I try to, but it says there is an error... help!

Restart you Computer
Enter DFU mode on Iphone
plug into computer
start itunes
restore or update
the error is 1013, i tried that and it worked for like 12 hours and it is now back to where it was.
that happened 2 mi but it said "verifacation faild - the request timed out"
Either your antivirus or firewall is blocking access to Apple's servers, or you've used your computer to jailbreak some iDevice. If you haven't jailbroken anything then temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall and Restore again.
