I just got my IPad and am trying to download things I have tow apps that are stuck in loading and waiting mode because they are too big... How do I sto them from downloading. Someone had mentioned dragging and dropping in the trash but where is the trash?

Tap and hold down the app icon. It will start to jiggle. Tap the circle with an x then tap Delete. Press the Home button once or twice to stop the jiggling.
Then tap the App Store icon and re download the app(s).
No trash per se on an IPad like a computer.
Try not installing so many apps at one time.
Make sure and sync your apps on your computer using iTunes.
