I don't think we understand the issues you are having. It might be best to start a new question with the details of your device, software, computer, Itunes and what symptoms you are experiencing and under what conditions do they occur.
It will be helpful to know if you are using iCloud back-ups and when your last iTunes back-up was.
We are just users here trying to help where possible.
