It gives you the option in the event library to stabilize multiple clips at once but since it takes so long, i would prefer to edit in the project library and only stabilize what im working with.

Edit the clip into the project. Double-click the clip int he project and in the Clip tab of the Inspector smooth clip motion.
If I double click one clip the other clips are not highlighted anymore. I want to choose stabilized all clips in the project library not one at time.
I thought you only wanted to do single clips. Select the clips you want and use File>Analyze Video>Stabilization.
I don't have "Analyze Video" under File, only "Analyze for Satabilization" and when multiple clips are selected it is gray'd out (can't select it).
I figured it out, not sure what I was doing wrong before because this was not working but now it is. I shift selected all the clips and dbl clicked the first one for the inspector and chose smooth clip motion and now its going thought all of them.
