bricked iPod touch 4g, help?

Since a few days my iPod touch 4g won't turn on.

It stays completely off, no apple logo appears or else.

Neither my windows pc nor my macbook react when I connect it, iTunes does not discover it as well.

I can't put it in DFU mode, when I do the lock/home-button thing, nothing happens (ergo: I can't restore or anything.).

Also, I have tried to charge it (several hours each) via PC as well as outlet.

I am quite desperate, so please help?
