How to change the sync folder location in itunes for syncing my iphone

How can we change the Iphone sync folder settings. Currently my Itunes media folder is located within the users/Music/itunes media. I wanted to change this location to my D: drive so that i can free some space in the primary bootup disk.

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.2

There's a tip for that: iTunes for Windows: Moving your iTunes Media folder

This is for Windows, but I'm not sure if you have Windows or Mac because the path looks like a Mac path, but you said your D: drive, which is a Windowsism. There's a link in the article to the Mac version if I guessed wrong.
