I have the problem that when importing video files from my handycam DCR SR68 I get the video with no sound. Can you help me please? Thank you
I have a Sony HandycamDCR-HC38 and an iMac with Mountain Lion9 10.8.2) installed. I am using iMovie 6.0.3. I was told that I had to have a new Lightning cord for my camera to work with my iMac which I purchased for an exorbitant amount. I am trying to import a movie from my camera and nothing happens. The computer does not recognize my camera. Can you help me please?
Your problem may not be exactly the same as that of the original poster of this old thread, and it can be very confusing for everybody if we try to answer more than one question in each thread.
