Upgrading to Snow Leopard on mac mini

Depends on if it meets the minimum specs for Snow Leopard. Since you told us absolutely noting about your hardware that you are running, there is no way for us to answer your question.

Sorry, no, your PPC Mini will not run or use Snow Leopard/10.6, you can run Leopard/10.5 at the most, now at 1.5.8.

* 512MB of memory (I say 1.5GB for PPC at least, 2-3GB minimum for IntelMacs)

You have to call Apple & likely ask for a Product Specialist to get it, if they still have it! Helps to tell them you have an iPad/iPhone & you can't run 10.6.

I am sorry I misread the CPU clock speed when looking up the specs on your Mac Mini. After doublechecking again, I discovered that in fact BDAqua is correct and your Mac Mini with the PowerPC processor can not be upgraded to anything beyond Leopard.
