home sharing

I have an i-Mac and ipad2. I have approximately 400 movies on my itunes library. When I browse my itunes movie librariy from ipad2 it is really difficult to find a movie that i want to watch due to lack of search future. Does anyone have this problem? If so any advice would be great!
