I have the Macbook Pro 13" 2011. (The one selling on the site now). Have had it for under a month.
It's running OS X 10.6.

So around the middle of the article it says:
"Some portable computers are pre-calibrated and do not require the calibration procedure outlined in this article."
And listed is: MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010)
I assume I have the 2011 model?
They state it's pre-calbrated. So you don't need to calibrate it out of the box? But still need to do it once a month?
Once a month is the rough time right?
If you use the computer on battery power a lot, then recalibration is only needed if you find that the battery indicator's remaining time no longer is accurate. If you use it on AC mostly, then once every one or two months is fine.
