ipad2 does not appear in Organizer...

Hello there,

i want to install iOS5 Beta to my iPad2. i use xcode 3.2.3.

The Organizer cant find my iPad2 or iPhone4.

So i cant make it to a developer device...

do i need xcode 4.2?

where i am wrong?
