iTunes in the Cloud is only available in the US.

So that everyone understands, and to stop people asking the same question...

The Music/iTunes features of the iCloud Beta service are currently limited to the US only. This means that if you do not live in the US you will not be able to download purchased music from the Cloud to your iDevices.

Everyone else can download 'Purchases' through the App Store and iBookstore, only people in the US can use the iTunes in the Cloud features. I presume this will be lifted once the service is fully launched in Fall/Autumn.
