Error When Reading Book Using iBooks App

I bought a book absolute months ago and have been reading it on and off ever since. The book was purchased from the iBook store. The book used to work/display absolutely fine but now it appears it may be corrupt.

I'm using an iPhone 4 with the latest iOS (4.3.2) and haven't really changed anything recently. I last created a bookmark a few days ago, and every page after the bookmark (save the last few chapters) has an error message on a blank page:

"This page contains the following errors:

error on line 1 at column 1: Document is empty error on line 1 at column 1: Encoding error

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error."

As I mentioned, it used to be fine, and it's just a standard book.I've tried deleting the book and redownloading, deleting and reinstalling iBooks, turning the phone on and off again. Save doing a complete restore, I'm unsure as to what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
