iOS developer enrollment stalls and won't complete

Hey folks,

I'm trying to enrol in the iOS Developer Program, but every time I click through to confirm I get an error:

I don't know whether it's completed or not, but it won't give me any more than that. In the Member Center it says my enrollment is pending, and if I haven't purchased it yet click 'here' which just takes me to the same error.

I'm trying to enrol from the UK, if that makes any difference. Thanks for any help.

Things are a bit wound up on the backend at the moment...lots of changes and thousands of devs banging on the mothership.

Clear caches in Safari, but the best tack may be to simply wait for things to cool down.

I've tried the usual clearing caches etc, but nothing works. I've given it a day since first trying but to no avail. I guess I'll just try tomorrow. I just wish it would tell me more than 'ERROOOR' if you know what I mean. What's the problem, is there anything I can do, etc etc.

Oh well, tomorrow it is then.

For what it's worth, it's working today. Must have just been overwhelmed or something. All's well that ends well.
