Settings > Safari > Clear Cache and Clear History
To me it looks like the LocalStorage is not getting cleared when I do clear Cache and Clear History...
I'm having the same problem. The local storage does not seem to clear, when clearing history and cache... Anyone with a solution or suggestion on this matter?
If you mean this ... Go to Settings>Safari>Databases>Tap edit - tap the database -tap the red vertical line - tap delete. The databases will return when you visit the site again.
I'm not sure what HTML5 storage you are referring to.
I'm using the Bookmark Bubble Library for HTML5 web apps, which shows a Javascript popup on how to add a page shortcut to the iphones users homescreen. The library uses localStorage to save information on previous sessions. I needed to reset this localStorage to imitate a first session.
Thanks for your reply, it did the trick.
Excellent. Glad it worked.
