I can not print with my iPad 2, it does not find any wireless printer

I got a wifi hp X4650, It is an echo life router, and I have printed from different laptops without any problem.
Should I get any app from apple store?

No, only a few HP printers will receive via AirPrint from the iPad. However, if the printer is attached directly to a computer, then there a number of apps in the App store that receive iPad print jobs and send them to the printer. On the mac, there's Printopia. Not sure about Win.
Printopia for Macintosh can share the computer's printer as AirPrint over WiFi. There may be a free solution for either Mac or PC if you search the web for AirPrint Activator. However, neither an AirPrint printer nor one shared as AirPrint will be found by the iPad if your WiFi router does not correctly handle Bonjour data.
There are iPad Apps such as Print n Share that can print to some non-AirPrint printers. You might contact the author, EuroSmartz, to see if your Lexmark is supported.
