I was watching the WWDC 2011 Keynote presentation yesterday and saw a Keynote slide style... sort of a 'cloud tag' effect (see attached) that I would like to create in my own presentations.
Anyone know how to create a slide of this style easily? Or is it just manually done by lots of 'text boxes' with different text, fonts, styles?
Any help welcome 🙂

Yes as mentioned previously each line or word is its own text box. The fonts look to be the same type with various shades of white/grey and point size. You can animate each item separately or together.

Also I do the effects in After Effects and export the animation with Alpha Channel, then import into Keynote, it runs well!
I would do it with lots of text boxes etc... I think that is how it would be done...
I'm like e-mac though, I've wanted to be able to do those little dust clouds for ages too...
I was wondering how to animate the dust cloud when they dropped the big figures.
It's a animation effect of an object called 'anvil' (available in Apple's application Keynote). It drops an object and creates an upwhirl of dust.
