Numbers won't open.

Question

Numbers won't open.

I downloaded numbers but the icon is half transparent and looks like it is loading however it seems to be frozen and won't open. I have tried reloading it from my imac but to no avail. Does anybody know what the problem is?

You might want to try restarting your iPad to see if this cures the problem. To restart press the On/Off switch and hold until the power off slider appears. To restart the iPad press the On/Off switch and hold until the Apple logo appears.

Thanks, intried that but the icon says "waiting" then tells me to connect to a wifi network because the application is over 20mb. I have been told this before so i reconnected to my computer and downloaded again but the icon never changed, it is still unloaded.
