Chase Mobile App Push, how does it work?

Hey there,

I recently got the chase app, I love it. They offer the functionality of push notification for account alert. I dont have unlimited text, so push notification would b awesome. However, I am curious to know how this work? Am I have a persistent log in connection? if i log out, would i still receive push notification?

Most likely uses the iOS Push Notification Service:
