my problem is this:i bought ipad2 il 13/06/2011 after a week i sent in for service to the problem of light on the edges of the display.they have replaced me whit me wiht my ipad a regenerated and have the same problem.
I called back immediately exsplaining my problem, the girl who follow my case and not very kind of few words, told me that indicates it to the engineesr, i,m now waiing for more than ten days without knowing what to do. i wold like to contact apple in the U.S. and malfunction report this assistance in italy. ow can i make contact directly wiht the customer service in America?
All you can do is take it to your local service for replacement again, I'm afraid. This topic has been discussed on here before, and some people have taken in multiple ipads for replacement and either given up on it, returned it for money back, or just decided to live with it.
