My music is somehow stuck on replaying the same song over and over. I have the option of pressing shuffle but still only plays the same dang song repeatedly. I try to play a playlist and it too stays on one song. I've reset to factory settings, and still not fixed. I've went in to settings directly on the touch and there is not an option to change it.😕
The only way to advance to the next song is manually.. Help!!😕
If it always happens on the same song, maybe there is some corruption of that file. Otherwise since restoring to factory defaults did not solve the problem, it is likely a hardware problem and I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

It's not one specific song. I think there's a lot of bugs in the update. I will try to get back to the old version or make an appt for svc. Thanks!
