I just reinstalled iTunes on the PC, Windows XP.
All the PLAYLISTS that I previously created are no longer in iTunes. All the music is in the library, but the Playlists are missing. Additionally, any songs that I had rated are no longer rated. HELP.

Try clicking the "+" sign at the bottom of the side bar and add a New Playlist. See if your previously existing playlists suddenly reappear. That is what brought them back for me.😕
I actually have all the names of the old playlists, but they are EMPTY. Ugh! So much work; I am so upset
What do I do if the playlist names are there, but not the songs (the musci is there, just not the memorized order of the songs that make it a playlist)
