Q: My iPod won't sync, iTunes displays a message saying "an unknown error occurred (-50)."

I get this error msg everytime I try to sync my iPod.     The iPod "Karen's iPod" cannot be synced.  An unknown error occurred (-50)  I can't find under the "Help" section any kind of trouble shooting or for any error messages.  Any answers out there that can help me figure this out on how to fix it??

iPod touch, Windows 7
