Changing Text Messaging font size to smaller on IPhone
On my IPhone, the text message font suddenly got large and I don't know how to get it back to a smaller size? Help!

did you try a double tap with 3 fingers?

tried - enlarged even more. 😟
Settings / General / Accessibility -- check the "Large Text" option, OFF is the default (and smallest font).
