I dropped my MacBook Pro 13 inch on the floor today, and not the aluminium casing for the screen has a large dent in it.
Is there any way that I can get rid of this dent?

Take the computer to your local Apple Store or AASP. Have them remove the dent. Depending on the size of the dent, you may need a new casing. It's not something that you do yourself w/o voiding your warranty by causing further damage.
