Q: logic studio 9 installation of jam packs (1-4) missing from library

Been working w/ logic for years and never experienced this. I dedicated a MacPro Intel tower to Logic exclusively. Zeroed hard drive. Installed LS on main app drive with content on 2nd drive according to installation data. 1st installation failed requesting reinstall. Zeroed out drives and reinstalled OS with updates. Reinstalled Logic Studio with jam pack content on 2nd drive (advised system worked faster with 2 drives splitting work load) encountering no problems. Opened project and noticed only jam packs "world" & "voice" registered in Library window. JP 1, Remix, Rhythm, Orchestra missing. Also guitar sounds, warped, ambient, legacy, all missing from library list though they appear in the 2nd drives folders. I see that many have have experienced the same problem, but without solutions. One recommendation suggested pulling files out of second drive and dropping them into library window. Risky move if not successful. Anyone solve this problem? Maybe Logic can't be split on sequential drives. Ears open.......

Logic Studio, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
