I loaded Panther in an old iBook. Panther is updated, but it's running iTunes 4, which doesn't allow me to get to the iTunes store. What is the latest version of iTunes I can run with 10.3.9 and where do I find it to install? Thank you.

iTunes 7.7.1.
looks like the link here still works.
iTunes 7 won't allow you to use the iTunes Store either. iTunes 9, probably 9.2.1, is the earliest version that now works with the Store, and iTunes 9 requires Mac OS X 10.4 and a Mac with at minimum a G4 processor.
Sorry, but unless your old iBook has a G4 processor, it's done for as far as the iTunes Store is concerned.
