I want the 2-finger tap, the same as the tractpad for my macbookpro, to funtion the same on the iPad. I have a lot of web sites (sites designed mostly for IE browser) that require the righ-click function.
You cannot bring up a contextual menu in Safari on the iPad like you can on the trackpad of a MacBook. In Safari you are limited to holding down on a link or an image to bring up some other options such as -Open, Open in New Page, or Copy. You can also bring up options for Save and Open In if you tap and hold down on images or PDF files and things like that.
Other browsers do offer some trackpad type gestures, scrolling, swiping to another page and so on, but Safari does not. Look at iCab Mobile, Mercury and the Atomic web browsers. I believe iCab and Mercury support some of those gestures but I can't remember for sure. Check them out in the App Store.
Since you can't even left-click, how do you want to right-click and click on what?
What is it exactly that you want to accomplish?

Try pressing and holding on a link in Safari.
