annoying spoof email in Library

I keep getting this super annoying spoofed domain/phishing file in my email library. It says 23.emlx and ClamXav tells me the file kind it is which is

Heuristics.Phishing.Email.SpoofDomain.

Why does this thing keep appearing? I keep deleting it but it seems to like coming back.
