how do i enable my apple ID

See If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.

If your ID is blocked within iTunes it may be that you owe the iTunes Store some money, and you won't be able to update apps or download free content until that is resolved.

If your account was partially disabled for security reasons, use iForgot (http://iforgot.apple.com/) to reset your account. This will restore your access to the disabled services. You can also click the “Reset Password” or “Forgot Password?” buttons that appear in the alert message.

I need to know how to get my Apple ID from disabled to enabled

Im not exactly sure, but in settings i clicked on ITunes And it gave me my Apple ID if i signed in. Maybe it will work for u too! If it does report back to me. I would just like to know, Thanks!
