Apple TV Wifi issue - Error 37

I am attempting to connect an AppleTV to a network which is ultimately run by Windows Server.

After manually entering the DHCP info and password I still cannot get the AppleTV to connect to the Windows Server.

If you go to the network section all of the information is filled, but if you go to 'About' it shows the Wifi as not being connected.

I think this may be the result of the Windows Server being on a different 'domain,' instead of WORKGROUP it's OFFICE.

Anybody know of any solutions?

Don't know if this help but I change my security setting wep and works great just saying.

I'm having the same issue. Error code either 3902 or error code 37. Someone who knows how to fix this please respond.

Also having same problem on my end on an Apple TV that up until this last week has been acting really strange. I have restored it twice without any success. If someone has any ideas... Please help!

Can someone help with this error and provide a solution? I tried to connect to another network and still having the same error. Thanks
