Why is my apple-touch-startup-image not showing?

Hi there, this is my 2nd post,

why is my apple-touch-startup-image not showing? I followed instructions on I phone 3Gs, and made sure the apple-touch-startup-image.png was of exactly the size of 320 x 460. At first it worked fine, on my first 10 pages.

Here it`s not working: Why???

the startupimage is there: >http://www.daldosch.at/schuhe_wien/orthopaedieschuh/Facharzt_der_Orthopaedie.png< and its in the header of the html doc above.

It is exactly 320 x460.

There is a apple-touch-icon in that header, http://www.daldosch.at/schuhe_wien/orthopaedieschuh/orthopaedischer_facharzt.png , that works fine.

When I save the page to the homescreen, the . peng showes.

Why is the startup image not showing?

The usual cause behind images that fail to load is file naming. iOS is case sensitive...start there.

As well, be sure to quit the app from the recents list each time you test on the device to insure that the next run is from a clean start.

If you are working with the built-in startup image, know that the name is Default.png, with variants for Universal apps.
