How do I connect an M-Audio Ozonic with the MACBOOK PRO FW800?

Hi

This is what I'd like to connect up with my 13" Macbook pro with FW800.

The Ozonic has a 6 pin standard 1394 FireWire connection. How do I combine the two, and what cable do I need?

if i understand you correctly. you will need a 6-pin FW400 to 9-pin FW800 adapter. this will enable you to use your macbook pro's FW800 connection with the Ozonic's FW400 connection.
