iTunes Error 1150 while syncing music on iPhone

Hello all.

I'm a developer,i've downloaded iOs 5 with iTunes 10.5 beta.

I upgraded to that firmware and i synced music very easily. Now,i needed to do a restore,and i restored from beta 5,but when i try to sync the music,it shows me "The iPhone cannot be synced. An unexpected error occurred (1150)". I googled, but i didn't find anything about this error. Who can help me? I tried to reopen iTunes too, and to sync my music,but when i press "Sync" button,2 seconds of time and it all synced,for iTunes. but in my iPhone there's stll not my music. Argh!

Same thing happened to me, iGot the solution. Just uninstall iTunes & Reinstall it again. That's it! Now you can sync seemlesly. 🙂

I did the same thing - removed all the 'Restrictions' and turned iPhone 3GS off then on again - synced first go.

Hey everybody....

this is Ravi from Brisbane , Australia...

I got the solution to Unknown Error 1150 while syncing I phone to itunes.

Before u sync ur phone,,,,,just disable the restrictions in GENERAL..

and then sync.....

IM sure deinitely problem will be solved.....

How are you finding this area of iTunes where you turn off the restrictions? I've looked at every item on the menu and opened iTunes preferences and I can't find it. Are you all using macs?

Sir - the restrictions are in the iPod itself.

Go to settings. Then select General

Select restrictions and then disable.

Then re-sync

I have uninstalled iTunes, I have turned off restrictions, I have turned off and restarted the iPhone and still cannot sync. Any other suggestions???

I tried the solution posted by Ravi and it worked perfectly.

When I tried removing restrictions it failed. I rebooted the phone but it still failed (error 1150).

The only extra thing I had to do was unplug my phone from my Mac then connect it again. This seemed to allow iTunes to reinitialize its link with my phone and it all worked fine.

Not sure why rebooting my phone didn't do the same thing but may be worth a try?

Guys, I posted the issue and today finally I solved it and would like to share with you. The point was Iphone was not able to load the musics in it to the Iphone. Even managing the musics, artists, groups manually. After a while I noticed the musics in itunes were not checked (v) on the left side of their names. It inadvertedly unchecked all my musics. They were there, I could listen to them but were not able to be drag and droped, or copied to iphone. I Pressed Command + A, selecting all musics, and checked them with the "v"mark. After this the ITunes was able to load them to the Iphone.
