Purchasing MacBook from BH Photo & Video

I'm looking at purchasing this MBP from BH Photo & Video: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/756788-REG/Apple_MC724LL_A_13_3_MacBook_Pr o_Notebook.html

How are they able to sell this for $79 less than what Apple.com charges? Is this an older version MBP? BH seems to be a reputable company but it's always been my recolection that prices for Apple products are usually the same at all the authorized resellers.

The only big difference that I can see is that BH will not accept a return on an open package but Apple will take it back within 14 days of purchase. Am I missing anything else?
