Finder crash when ejecting disk or disk image

When I eject a disk image or disk, the Finder blinks out all the finder windows. They either close or I get a momentary blue screen as it seems to reset. It only happens once per session (until I restart or log out the computer, then it will happen again). Any suggestions as to the reaso..

Here's what console reported at the time it happened:

Startup disk may need repairing:

From the admin account launch Disk Utility. /Applications/Utilities

Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left then select the FirstAid tab.

Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)

If the startup disk needs repairing, follow the instructions for Using Disk Utility to verify or repair disks
