how do i get the pictures from my ipod classic 30GB onto my computer?

i synced my ipod on my laptop and i put all of my pictures onto it. But i forgot to put all of my pictures onto a CD before i got rid of it. So is there any way that i could get the pictures from my ipod onto my computer?
